STV

In the summer of 2006, the Scottish broadcaster STV moved into their brand new, purpose-built office. The building, in the redeveloped area of Pacific Quay in Glasgow, needed signage. The brief was unique: three massive signs, each to wrap around a different corner of the contemporary-styled building. The 3m x 5m needed to be stylish, eye-catching, robust and weatherproof.

We worked closely with STVs designers to advise on materials and manufacturing. Our flex-face solution proved to be ideal. Strong and robust, it also has the flexibility to move with the wind. Illuminated at the back, the striking blue S can clearly be seen at night and is reflected in the River Clyde.
